This project was a full-scale renovation that completely reimagined the layout and flow of the home. What was once a three-bedroom property is now a spacious five-bedroom family house, featuring two modern bathrooms and a convenient downstairs WC.

The internal layout was redesigned from the ground up, including relocating the kitchen from the front of the house to the rear to create a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space. This new heart of the home is filled with natural light, thanks to extensive bi-fold doors and a striking slanted glass roof, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. A bespoke media wall completes the space, making it ideal for both everyday family life and entertaining.

Structural improvements included a brand-new staircase and a new roof, future-proofing the property while enhancing its overall feel. The addition of solar panels improves energy efficiency and reflects a commitment to sustainable building solutions.
